// selected work
A collection of mechanical, CS, and personal work — spanning robotics, CAD, embedded systems, AI algorithms, and more.
Robotics · Course Project · Spring 2024
Robotics class at Tufts where I built a range of cool projects working with hardware, sensors, microcontrollers, and programming to design and control robotic systems.
Electronics · PCB Design · Fall 2023
Designed a custom PCB that takes a 12V input and outputs regulated 3.3V, 5V, and 12V rails — useful for powering mixed-voltage embedded systems from a single supply.
CAD · SolidWorks · Reverse Engineering · Spring 2023
Disassembled a Proctor Silex Easy Slice Electric Knife and reverse-engineered every component into a detailed virtual assembly in SolidWorks, matching real-world geometry and tolerances.
CAD · SolidWorks · Fall 2023
Modeled the iconic San Siro Stadium in Milan using SolidWorks, recreating the stadium's distinctive architecture and structural geometry in a full 3D virtual model.
Embedded Systems · MicroPython · Fall 2021
Used an ESP32 microcontroller with MicroPython to build and program a fully functional microwave control panel, handling button input, display output, and timing logic.
CAD · Onshape · Fall 2017
Took 2D engineering drawings for a toy train and converted them into a full 3D virtual model using Onshape, practicing the translation from flat technical drawings to complete CAD assemblies.
CAD · Onshape · Math · Spring 2021
Used Onshape to model and visualize the perpendicular intersection between two pipes of equal radius, then analytically calculated the exact volume of the intersection using calculus.
Embedded Systems · Tufts CEEO · Summer 2019
Built a robot at Tufts CEEO that pushes a LEGO SPIKE Prime touch sensor and a Vernier Go Direct force sensor together in increments, then plots the paired readings to calibrate the SPIKE sensor's code against a much more precise reference.
AI Algorithms · Tufts CEEO · Summer 2020
On the AI team at Tufts CEEO, used the k-nearest neighbor algorithm to classify short and long LEGO SPIKE Prime button presses as dots and dashes, translating the resulting Morse code into English letters, words, and sentences.
AI Algorithms · Tufts CEEO · Summer 2020
Also on the AI team at Tufts CEEO, built an intelligent LEGO SPIKE Prime basketball-shooting device that uses linear regression to predict the launch angle needed to score based on the hoop's distance from the thrower.
ME10 · Manufacturing Processes · Fall 2023
Cast a working replica of the Ballon d'Or trophy out of pewter, working through sand casting, lost-wax casting, and eventually molding directly off a real soccer ball to get a hollow core to cast cleanly.
ME45: Musical Instrument Design · Spring 2024
Hand-built a brass mouthpiece and horn from sheet metal, then analyzed it — including an STFT/power-spectrum look at the bell's overtones.
ME70: Experiments/Instruments · Spring 2024
Built an array of load cells into a shoe to measure foot pressure distribution on inclined, declined, and flat surfaces, and analyzed the results in LabVIEW to recommend more comfortable shoe support.
ME74: Senior Design Capstone · Fall 2024
Designed the Kaleidosphere, a moiré-pattern toy sponsored by Professor James Intriligator, using a weighted inner sphere and water interface to create a dynamic optical effect for kids.
ME140: Inventive Design · Fall 2024
Rethought the classic snow shovel design to make snow removal easier for older and less able-bodied users, replacing lifting with a fulcrum-and-wheel push-and-roll motion.
CS21: Concurrent Programming · Spring 2025
Built a multiplayer casino game with a multithreaded server-client architecture.
Cellino Biotech · 2022 — Present
Mechanical engineering work at Cellino Biotech, from an automated fluidics system as an intern to designing architecture for a next-gen automated cell-processing prototype full-time.
LEGO · Creative Design · Spring 2021
My siblings and I created a LEGO Ideas account to participate in LEGO contests and submit original builds in hopes of getting one turned into an official LEGO set.
LEGO · World-Building · Spring 2021
An ongoing project with my siblings to build a complete "LEGO World" in our basement — a large-scale environment made up of many interconnected custom builds.
